Location was perfect and convenient, very close to a beer garden. Staff was amazing friendly and helpful despite our late arrival.

Wanted to see Reading popular places and this apartment was cosy base for exploring most of them. Had quick check-in too. It had a great location to town center where you can grab everything you want.

The overall experience here was superb, with a great central location and the added bonus of having a bathtub during our four-night stay.

We stayed for 9 nights and enjoyed our stay, the staff was very welcoming and supportive, and the room was clean and had convenient amenities like an iron, ironing board, electronic key card.

The apartment was a great place for sightseeing and I really enjoyed it, the staff was friendly and very helpful, and the private bathroom had a bath.

The location is fantastic, just a 15-minute walk to Reading School Chapel, and the host was very welcoming, giving us a quick check-in and explaining everything, with safety measures like smoke detectors in place.

The location of this place is fantastic, just off the town centre, railway station, and the oracle, everything is perfect.

I had a fantastic stay at The Faculty. The apartment was bright, spacious, and exceptionally clean. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including nice toiletries and a breakfast basket. The location was perfect, with easy access to the town center and train station. The staff, including Joe and Levi, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. I even received a delivery of a much-appreciated coffee machine. I highly recommend The Faculty for a pleasant and convenient stay.

Some road noise, but it was easily mitigated by keeping the windows shut. Additionally, the lift was occasionally out of order and it would be more convenient if toilet rolls were provided throughout the entire stay.
